Joyce Kyle went to Burns Friday evening to the music fest at the gazebo. Barbara Anderson and Barbara Stuhlsatz entertained. Bring your lawn chairs and come enjoy the music at 7 p.m. next Friday evening. There will be some dulcimer entertainment.

Dusty Gaines of Newton and Ty and Kim Gaines of Emporia were weekend guests of their parents, Ronnie and Pattie Gaines. They went to Wichita Sunday to visit Jeff and Jill Koehn and their twin daughters Ashley and Megan, who are patients at St. Joseph Medical Center. The adults all went out for dinner.

Patti Gaines visited her mother Esther Highfill Friday afternoon at Shiloh Manor. They went to McPherson to eat supper and shop.

Brenda Manns, Bosten and Laken of Manhattan were weekend guests of her parents Larry and Dee Morgan and her brother Steven.

Lois Sayers went to Wichita Thursday to pick up her sister Mary Archer at the airport. Mary's son Tom and his children Daniel and Amanda of Cottonwood Falls came for her in the evening.

Cathy and Kristen Foote of Manhattan came to the home of Marvin and Sherol Nightengale Tuesday. All went to El Dorado and had lunch with Roger, Laura, and Casey Nightengale. Laura went home with the Footes for a few days. Mitch and Cathy brought her back on Friday.

Martin and Kayme Voelker, Alyson and Abby of Nixa, Mo., arrived at the home of Al, Bonnie, and Shelby Plummer at noon Friday and were guests until Monday morning. Callers during this time included Anna Voelker of Florence, Scott Plummer and his brother-in-law Roy, Florence Lambert and her son Joe of Norton, and Jeremy and Hayley Bidwell, Austin, Draven, and Aiden of El Dorado. Austin and Draven were Friday overnight guests and went home on Saturday.

Mary Langenegger and Joyce Kyle met Archie and Maryellen Stenzel of Marion at the Burns Café Thursday morning.

Kathleen Brenzikofer, Evelyn Sidener, and Joyce Kyle attended the Marion County Senior Citizens board meeting Friday in Lehigh.
