Easter dinner guests of Ronnie and Patti Gaines were her mother, Esther Highfill of Shiloh Manor in Canton, Dusty Gaines of Newton, and Ty and Kim Gaines of Emporia.
Marvin and Sherol Nightengale attended Roger Nightengale's baseball game Tuesday evening in El Dorado. Roger is their grandson.
Easter weekend guests of Marvin and Sherol Nightengale were Brad Nightengale, Roger, Laura, and Casey of El Dorado, Jim and Linda Hess, Allie and Amelia of Kearney, Mo., and Mitch and Cathy Foote and Kristen and her friend, Branden Wilder of Manhattan.
Austin, Draven, and Aiden Bidwell of El Dorado, grandsons of Al and Bonnie Plummer, spent Saturday overnight until Sunday noon with the Plummers.
Easter dinner guests of Lawrence and Lois Sayers were Sandy Sayers of El Dorado, Sara Sayers of Florence, and Bruce and Sheila Sayers, Megan, and Jessica. In the evening, they all attended a birthday party for Megan at the home of Bruce and Sheila. They were joined by Bill and Jean Smith and Danny and Eva Smith and sons of Rose Hill.
Joyce Kyle attended a Hospice meeting Thursday afternoon in Marion. Friday evening she accompanied Kathleen Brenzikofer to the Sherwood Waggy visitation in Florence. Saturday, she attended the funeral.
Bob and Becky Kyle, Brody, and Braxton, hosted Easter dinner for Fred and Margaret Hadlek of Wichita, Marion and Carolyn Rowland of Peabody, Glenn and Betty Kyle, Dan and Robin Kyle and Brian of Florence, and Joyce Kyle. En route home, Joyce went to the home of Bert Zogelman in Florence and had the privilege of holding her new great-grandson, Gabriel. In the evening, she joined other family members for an Easter celebration at the Grandpa Gehring farm.
Royce and Rachel Koehn of James Port, Mo., were Friday overnight guests of Renferd and Wanda Koehn, Lonnie, Dalen, and Carolee. Supper guests Saturday were Royce and Rachel and Nathan and Ella Koehn and Roland and Kim Koehn, Doug, Kayla, and Diana.
Easter dinner guests in the home of Renferd and Wanda Koehn were Vernon, Florine, and Judy Koehn, and Luana Isaac.
The Renferd Koehn family went to Wichita Sunday evening to visit Shalen Koehn, son of Lyle and Finette Koehn, in St. Francis Hospital. We wish him well.
