Milton: Amelia Hess enjoys time with grandparents

Marvin and Sherol Nightengale took their granddaughter Amelia Hess to Topeka Thursday to meet her parents, Jim and Linda of Kearney, Mo. She had spent from Sunday to Thursday enjoying being with her grandparents.
Patti Gaines went to Via Christi-St. Joseph Medical Center in Wichita with her sister, Roma Koehn, to see her nieces, Megan and Ashley Koehn. She says they are doing very well.
Dusty Gaines was a Sunday dinner guest of his parents, Ronnie and Patti Gaines.
Marvin and Sherol Nightengale went to El Dorado Thursday evening to watch Laura Nightengale play ball. They attended Billy Joe and Margie Williams' 50th wedding anniversary celebration Sunday in Florence.
Maude Gaines called on Marvin and Sherol Nightengale on Friday.
We are happy to report that Lois Sayers is doing quite well after surgery Monday at Susan B. Allen Memorial Hospital in El Dorado. She returned home Friday.
Don and Laverna Parrish and Joyce Kyle attended the hospice volunteer lunch at Newton Thursday. Joyce attended the Bible school program in Burns Friday evening and the Edgar Freeland memorial service Saturday morning.
Vernon and Florine Koehn went to Moundridge Manor Sunday afternoon to visit his mother, Eva Koehn. They also called on Norman Eicher.
