Marvin Nightengales attend soup supper

Marvin and Sherol Nightengale and Ronnie and Patti Gaines attended the soup supper Wednesday evening at the Summit church. Marvin and Sherol attended the musical concert at the El Dorado Middle School Thursday evening.
Al and Bonnie Plummer left Oct. 24 for Las Vegas, Nev., and returned home Oct. 27. They went to see the bull riding. Shelby Plummer of El Dorado was a Saturday overnight and Sunday guest of her parents.
Sunday dinner guests of Larry and Dee Morgan were Robert and Angie Mielke of Hutchinson, Steven Morgan of Newton, and Ivan and Margaret Morgan.
Renferd and Wanda Koehn, Lonnie, Dalen, and Carolee and Nathan and Ella Koehn were Sunday dinner guests of Roland and Kim Koehn, Deby, Doug, Kayla, and Diane.
Esther Kanagy of Murray, Ky., was an overnight guest of Virginia and Yvonne Schmidt in El Dorado. She was on her way to Montezuma where she will be employed in a nursing home.
Marlin and Janet Nickel and family of Texhoma, Okla., were weekend guests of family.
Jim Gehring of Moundridge came to the home of Joyce Kyle Wednesday and they met Mary Langenegger for lunch at the Burns Café.
It was nice to see several little ghosts and goblins touring the neighborhood. Joyce Kyle accompanied Lawrence and Lois Sayers to Peabody Elementary School to watch the parade. Lawrence and Lois and their daughter Sandy of El Dorado went to Emporia Saturday. They called on Lois' sister Mary Archer in Cottonwood Falls.
Sunday dinner guests of Mary Langenegger were Glenn and Daytha Langenegger, Emily, Amber, and Laura, Greg Langenegger, and Joyce Kyle.
