Little River breaks Tomahawks' streak

Peabody-Burns Junior High Tomahawks lost their first game of the season Thursday to Little River. The Tomahawks now are 10-1, and play undefeated Goessel next in their last game of the regular season.
The Tomahawks came out flat, but stayed close for an early two point deficit at the end of the first quarter with the score at 10-8.
Offensively the Tomahawks continued to struggle throughout the half. The score was close at the half, with the PBJH squad down only four, 18-14.
Only one basket for the Tomahawks in the third made a huge gap to fill. The Tomahawks couldn't muster enough in the fourth and were defeated 45-28.
