To the Editor:
On Tuesday we will have a choice. We can choose to exercise our right and privilege to elect our leaders.
Tim Shallenburger wants to limit the access of pornography to minors while Kathleen Sebelius was one of only five representatives that voted against cracking down on establishments that display material "harmful to minors." This is defined as "nudity, sexual conduct, sexual excitement, or sadomasochism abuse." (HB2287) If this is her philosophy, consequences would most certainly filter down to affect our children.
Shallenburger's voting record has consistently been pro-life. He firmly believes and will continue to work to protect the sanctity of all human life in Kansas, both born and unborn. As Speaker of the House, he worked relentlessly to protect the most innocent of us, the unborn children. Sebelius thinks the unborn children do not have the right to life.
Please choose with me in voting for Tim Shallenburger, the right governor for Kansas.
