Lavonne visits niece in Florence

LaVonne Ammeter visited with her niece Donella Humphries on Monday at the Town and Country Café Monday.

Sherry Nightengale, Dorene Kirkpatrick, Maude Gaines, and LaVonne Ammeter cleaned the Summit church Tuesday morning. At 11 a.m., church members met at the church with the Salina District Superintendent Max Clayton and Pastor Linda Willey.

We had a great time visiting and sharing fellowship. After the visitation, all went to the Burns Café for lunch.

Stan Ammeter and Marnita Robinson were LaVonne's Tuesday supper guests.

Don Gillet visited LaVonne on Wednesday and again on Friday.

Ladies Aid met at LaVonne's Wednesday afternoon. Attending were Maude Gaines, Leona Widler, Dorene Kirkpatrick, and Sherry Nightengale.

Jack and Carolyn Metz of Wichita came to LaVonne's late Wednesday afternoon to pick sandhill plums and were supper guests.

Maude Gaines met Melinda Gaines in Burns Thursday for lunch. In the afternoon, she visited Ike and Marie Clark. LaVonne also visited the Clarks Thursday afternoon to wish Marie a happy 80th birthday.

Mac Clark and Bayleigh visited LaVonne Thursday evening.

LaVonne and Maude Gaines were in Marion Friday for shopping and appointments. In the afternoon, they quilted at the Peabody Senior Center with Gladys Jewell and Sally Matz.

Lisa Clark visited LaVonne Friday evening. Tom and Lisa have a new grandson! Congratulations to Grandma and Grandpa and Uncle Josh.

LaVonne went to Peabody on business Saturday morning.

Steve and Melody Magette of Greensburg arrived at the Ammeter farm late Sunday afternoon to spend the weekend. They had supper at the Buffalo Gulch in Burns. Stan Ammeter was an additional Sunday dinner guest.

LaVonne visited at Stan Ammeter's Sunday evening and at Lisa and Tom Clark's.

Maude Gaines visited LaVonne late Sunday afternoon.

Cousin Bobbie Ann Wilson of Davenport, Okla., called LaVonne Sunday evening.
