Laura Blosser, 84, of Yates Center, died Dec. 10, 2007, at Chanute Health Care Center.
Born March 28, 1923, at Florence, she was the daughter of Willard and Minnie (Buxton) Bozone.
She graduated from Florence High School in 1942.
On Nov. 17, 1948, she married Richard Blosser at Marion.
She worked for the Wichita school district board of education for 10 years, retiring in 1987. In 1994, she moved to Yates Center to be near family.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard; and seven brothers, Minor, L.J., Cecil, Clyde, Theodore, Jolly, and Roy Bozone.
Survivors include four children, Victor Blosser of Haysville, Marcia Blosser and Nate Blosser, both of Yates Center, and Arletta Donald of Cassville, Mo.; brother, Samuel Bozone of Hugoton; sister, Nora Anderson of Hugoton; seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Homestead Cemetery near Clements.
