Lady Warriors lose to Sedgwick
Peabody-Burns Lady Warriors played their last match of the season Saturdat at Sedgwick. Taking on the Sedgwick Cardinals, the PBHS squad came up short, losing 8-15, 9-15.
Playing tough in both games, the Lady Warriors just couldn't convert their play into points. Lots of long volleys were played in the match, but the PBHS squad was defeated.
"I was really pleased with the team play," stated coach Darrin Schroeder. "We had some hard fought side-outs. I'm looking forward to next year. We'll have a year of experience as a group and I'm very excited about next year and our level of play."
