The Tuesday contest with Moundridge was a bit uneven for the Lady Warriors.
The scoring opened with an assist from Casey Berger to Andrea Jones for a score underneath. The team stayed close for the first three minutes, but a big Wildcat press, and foul trouble for the Lady Warriors, made it difficult for the team.
Down 18 points in the first quarter, the Lady Warriors couldn't climb back. The half time gap was 30, 15-45.
The Lady Wildcats continued their attack in the second half and the margin widened. The Warriors were downed 80-41.

The last game of the regular season brought Hutchinson Trinity to town. Starters for the "Senior Night" game included seniors Leah Eldridge, Marissa Phillips, Shelby Plummer, and Andrea Jones.
The Lady Warriors came out tough with Jones scoring first underneath. Good steady play throughout the first half made the half time score 17-18, Lady Warriors down by one.
They battled hard in the third and went up by seven, but the Lady Celtics came back in the fourth making key free-throws at the end of the night to defeat the Lady Warriors 38-35.
"They played a great game," stated Coach Washington. "Lots of heart and emotion and intensity."
