Lady Tomahawks record victories
The Peabody-Burns Lady Tomahawks recorded their first two victories of the season triumphing over Central Christian and Burrton.
The squad defeated Central Christian, 17-10, and posted a victory over Burrton, 35-24.
"The team is doing a better job offensively," said coach Patty Savage. "They are gaining confidence on the court and making better decisions as a group."
The Lady Tomahawks are now 2-5 for the season with two league match-ups scheduled this week with Hutch Trinity and Remington.

The Lady Tomahawk B team put one in the win column Thursday at Burrton. The Lady Tomahawks defeated the Chargers 27-5.
