Koehn family visits relatives in Pennsylvania

Renfred and Wanda Koehn, Lonnie, Dalen, and Carolee left home July 22 for Pennsylvania to visit family. They visited Wanda's sister and family Willie and Cathy Bender, Mike, Mark, Daryl, Tim, and Weldon at Mifflinburg and Renferd's sister and family Noah and Vernella Peachy, Laura, Catherine, Andrew, and Marissa at Belleville. They enjoyed visiting, canoeing, and hiking in the Grand Canyon of Pennsylvania and canning pickles and green beans. They returned home July 26.
Ronnie and Patti Gaines attended a cook-out Friday evening at the home of Duane and Shirley Davis in Peabody. Ronnie, Pattie, Jay and Vickie Cook, and Ernie and LouAnn Gray celebrated all their anniversaries Saturday evening by going to a restaurant in Smolan.
Dusty Gaines of Newton and Ty and Kim Gaines of Emporia took their parents, Ronnie and Pattie, to Kingfisher's Inn to celebrate their anniversary.
Shelby Plummer went to visit her sister and family, Martin and Kayme Voelker, Alyson and Abby at Nixa, Mo. She left Friday morning, returning later this week.
Al and Bonnie Plummer went to Norton Saturday to visit Bonnie's parents, Vern and Florence Lambert. Bonnie's dad is doing much better and is in the Norton Nursing Home now.
Lawrence and Lois Sayers called on her sister, Mary Archer on Wednesday at Cottonwood Falls.
