Karen Sue Miller
Karen Sue Miller, 54, died Aug. 5, 2006, at Newton Medical Center, Newton.
Born Nov. 24, 1951, at Newton, she was the daughter of Clifford and Rozella (Warkentine) Warhurst.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Survivors include her mother, Rozella Warhurst of Newton; four brothers, Ronald Warhurst of St. Clair, Mo., Larry Warhurst of Parker, John Warhurst of Overbrook, and Terry Warhurst of North Newton; three sisters, Sharon Chamberlain of Hillsboro, Jo Ann Hopkins of Whitewater, and Janet Mosiman of Newton; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. today (Wednesday) at First Missionary Church, Newton, with the Rev. Ray Adams officiating.
Burial was in Prairie Lawn Cemetery, Peabody.
Memorial funds have been established with the American Heart Association, American Cancer Society, and Ovarian Cancer Research.
