John Kinney
John M. Kinney, 30, died Feb. 16, 2003, in Wichita from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
He was born May 30, 1972, in Anchorage, Alaska, to George and Carol (Robinson) Kinney. His father preceded him in death.
John graduated from Peabody High School in 1991, and was a welder.
He is survived by his mother and one sister, Susan Markham, both of Peabody.
Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Baker Funeral Home, Peabody. There will be no visitation.
Pastor Jim Pohlman will be the officiating clergyman. Interment will be at Prairie Lawn Cemetery, Peabody.
The family has established a memorial in his name to be used for a project to benefit children. Donations may be sent to the John M. Kinney Children's Fund, c/o Peabody State Bank, P.O. Box 131, Peabody KS.
