Jewell Koehn
Jewell M. Koehn, 76, of Peabody, died June 30, 2004, at Via Christi-St. Francis Regional Medical Center, Wichita.
Born July 1, 1927, at Moundridge, she was the daughter of Warnie T. and Selma F. (Regier) Tatro.
On Sept. 19, 1947, she married Leonard J. Koehn at Moundridge.
She was a registered nurse.
Survivors include her husband, Leonard, of Peabody; a son, Ronnie Koehn of Houston, Texas; a sister, Beverly Rosine of Newton; and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held Saturday morning at Peabody United Methodist Church with the Rev. Linda Willey officiating.
Burial was in Prairie Lawn Cemetery.
A memorial has been established with Masonic Lodge #142-cancer research.
