Helene Neuman
Helene Neuman, 89, died July 6, 2004, at Wheat State Manor, Whitewater.
Born Aug. 1, 1914, at Walton, she was the daughter of Peter and Ruth (Hawk) Neuman.
She lived in Whitewater since her early teens and was a retired secretary and bookkeeper for Neuman Hardware and Implement Company. She was a member of Federated Church, Whitewater.
Survivors include three nieces, two nephews, and a sister.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Monday at Federated Church, Whitewater, with the Rev. Scott Martin officiating.
Burial was in Whitewater Cemetery.
Memorial funds have been established with the church, Whitewater Public Library, or Wheat State Manor.
