Group enjoys lunch out and visiting

Mr. and Mrs. Maurice Edmunds of McPherson joined Eleanor Slifer and Becki Zook for lunch Sunday at Kingfisher's Inn. They enjoyed visiting at the Slifer home during the afternoon.

Mr. and Mrs. Mike Huntley and Jaymi of Newton brought supper to Mr. and Mrs. Harold Huntley Sunday evening.

Betty Ireland spent Friday and Saturday night visiting Wanda Vaupel in Wichita.

Estelle McCarty attended a luncheon meeting Wednesday at the Marion Senior Center. It was a workshop hosted by the Wheat Plains Health Network.

Mr. and Mrs. Truman Strong were Saturday visitors of their son Bill Strong in Eureka.

Mr. and Mrs. Steve Scokil and Corinn of Wichita and Dan Ludwig were Sunday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Ludwig. They were joined in the afternoon by Mr. and Mrs. Scott Heidebrecht and boys of Marion. They enjoyed watching videos of old family home movies the children had made into videos this year as a Christmas gift for their parents. Also visiting in the afternoon were Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Barnes of Wichita.

Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Ludwig left for Branson, Mo., on Tuesday They returned home Friday evening and stopped on the way home to visit Kathleen's sister, Mrs. Clyde Lovett, in a Tulsa hospital.
