Graduation ceremonies are May 17-18 years ago
High school seniors across the county will be walking across the stage to get their diplomas next weekend.
The Goessel High School graduation ceremony will be at 7 p.m. May 17 in the high school gym. The speaker will be senior class sponsor, Wes Schmidt-Tieszen.
The Hillsboro High School ceremony will be at 2 p.m. May 18 in the high school gym.
Peabody High School will start the day's activities at 1 p.m. May 18 with baccalaureate in the high school gym, followed by graduation at 4 p.m.
Centre High School commencement exercises will take place at 2 p.m. May 18 in the high school gym. Students who were selected to speak are Tye Remy and Nellie Hill.
Marion High School will start its graduation weekend at 7 p.m. May 17 with baccalaureate at Eastmoor United Methodist Church.. The speaker will be Presbyterian minister Jeremiah Lange. At 4 p.m. May 18, graduation will take place in the high school gymnasium. Kristin Waner, valedictorian, and Brett Billings, salutatorian, will be the speakers.
