Gilberta Hague
Gilberta "Bert" V. Hague, 70, died June 1, 2008, at St. Alexius Medical Center, Bismarck, N.D.
Born July 17, 1937, at Valley Center, she was the daughter of Gilbert and Zelda (Adler) Hughes.
She graduated from Peabody High School with the class of 1955.
She worked as a dental assistant for Dr. Jacobs at Peabody.
On June 3, 1956, she married Robert (Bob) L. Hague at Peabody. The couple worked as custom harvesters for several years. In 1960, they purchased a farm at Herreid, S.D.
In 1983, they moved to Pollock, S.D., where they owned and operated Lakeside Bar. Her husband died in 1996.
Survivors include three children, Scott and Paulette Hague of Mandan, N.D., Kelly Hague of Pollock, S.D., and Dan Hague of Herreid, S.D.; daughter-in-law, Brenda Hague of Mandan, N.D.; four sisters-in-law, Evelyn and Marvin Kline of Peabody, Earlene and Roberta Hague of Newton, and Kay Mayhill of Conroe, Texas; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Thursday at Pollock Lutheran Church, Pollock, S.D., with the Rev. David Smith officiating.
Inurnment will occur at a later date at Spring Valley Cemetery, Pollock.
