Goessel High School football team traveled to Argonia Friday, only to suffer its first loss of the season, 32-26.
Despite outscoring Argonia 26-14 in the second half, it was not enough for the Bluebirds after trailing 18-0 at the break.
GHS, now 2-1, will hit the road Friday to take on the 2-1 Centre Cougars. The following week it will host powerhouse Hope to begin district play.
