Frank Wiens
Frank J. Wiens, 94, died July 12, 2007, at Parkside Homes, Hillsboro.
Born Feb. 23, 1913, at Nalgonda, India, he was the son of Frank J. and Maria (Warkentin) Wiens.
He worked for the Mennonite Central Committee and was a member of Hillsboro Mennonite Brethren Church.
On Aug. 30, 1946, he married Marie Klassen in California.
Survivors include his wife, Marie of Hillsboro; son, Glenn Wiens of Wichita; three daughters, Rebecca Penner of Wichita, Marcia LaJeunesse of Boulder, Colo., and Miriam Holmes of Louisville, Colo.; 10 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Hillsboro Mennonite Brethren Church, Hillsboro, with Pastor Dave Plett officiating.
Memorial funds have been established with Tabor College or the Mennonite Central Committee.
