Flores, Monares engaged
Becky Flores and Chris Monares, both of Peabody, together with their parents, announce their engagement and approaching marriage.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Nan and John Hanan of Peabody and Ron Flores of Wichita. A 1998 graduate of Peabody-Burns High School, she is employed by Abbott Labs in McPherson.
The son of Ruth Ann and Alfred Monares of Newton, her fiancé is a 1997 graduate of Newton High School. He is employed by Kenworth in Wichita.
The couple is planning an April 20 wedding at First Christian Church in Peabody.
