Mr. and Mrs. Orvis O'Dell, Mr. and Mrs. Delano O'Dell, Mike, Scott and Dianne, Mr. and Mrs. Delvin O'Dell, Rhonda, Bret, and Brenda of Florence, Mrs. Don Nuessen, Pam, Rick, Penny, and Ronnie of El Dorado and Miss Shari Noland of Chanute all enjoyed camping at the Marion County Lake over the weekend. They were celebrating the birthdays of Orvis, Delano, Bret and Pam.
The Bent Rims will be in charge of some kids events on Labor Day. Max Williams is working out details and hopes to come up with as many contests as possible. A turtle race is planned, so kids watch out for a speedy looking turtle, one built for speed and endurance on the road — or in a circle!
