of children

August is National Child Support Enforcement Month.

Dedicated men and women collected $21.2 billion of support for more than 17 million children.

Child support professionals are committed to serving children.

Donna Buntain, director of the Kansas Child Support Enforcement Association, said Kansans should appreciate efforts made by these professionals.

"Please join Kansas and the nation in honoring child support professionals and in saluting parents who make a difference in the lives of their children by supporting them financially and emotionally," said Buntain.
