Don and Twylah Nightengale and their daughter, Peggy Leitzen of Murango, Ill., visited Saturday evening in the Ron Goodwin home in Burns. They were visiting the Goodwins' houseguests, John and Carol Schmidt and their daughters, Sheila and Laura, and grandson, Avery, of Longmont, Colo. Other guests were Dennis and Sherri Schmidt of Newton, Rex and Berneda Jewell of Manhattan, Dawna and Calvin Schmidt of Moundridge, and Becky Keating and Connor of Halstead.
Ronald and Kathleen Ludwig and grandsons, Taylor and Peyton Heidebrecht of Marion, spent Monday through Wednesday in Hays and Saturday visiting relatives in Oklahoma.
Mary Jane Grimmett was a Sunday dinner guest of Tyson and Melanie Grimmett and Bethany in Marion. Other guests were Justin and Rachelle Grimmett and Ethan of Clay Center. Jean Everett was an afternoon visitor.
Don and Twylah Nightengale visited Wednesday afternoon with Chloe Triggs at Newton Medical Center in Newton. Shirley Grinstead was a Wednesday visitor of the Nightengales.
Mr. and Mrs. Gary Wyss and Adam of Everston, Wash., visited Mr. and Mrs. Richard Wyss Friday afternoon.
Don and Twylah Nightengale attended a family reunion Sunday at King Memorial Park in Hesston. Later in the afternoon, they attended the 50th wedding anniversary celebration of Julie and Leland Stuckey.
Father's Day guests of Ronald and Kathleen Ludwig were Dan Ludwig, Scott and Rolana Heidebrecht and boys of Marion, and Steve and Tawnya Sokoll and Corin of Wichita.
Mr. and Mrs. Ramon Zook vacationed June 20-25 in Branson, Mo.
