Florence man injured in wreck
A one-vehicle accident Friday sent a Florence man to the hospital.
At 3:38 p.m., James W. Steele, 46, was driving a 1993 Ford pickup northbound on U.S.-77.
According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, Steele was unable to maintain a single lane of traffic. His vehicle left the roadway on the east side and struck a bump at 40th Road. The vehicle then rolled and came to rest on its top facing northeast at the northeast corner of U.S.-77 and 40th.
