FFA receives superior award
The Peabody Burns FFA Chapter traveled to Arkansas City High School April 17 where they attended the annual South Central District Banquet. The chapter received the superior chapter award for being an active and involved chapter on the member, chapter, and community levels.
While there delegates voted on the new 2003-2004 South Central District officer team. Members also heard the motivation speech made by current Kansas State FFA Treasurer Kim Clark of Holton.
Those attending the event were Matt Entz, Ryan Gaines, Scott Gray, Amber Langenegger, Jessica Slater, Leann Spinden, and sponsor Sonya Roberts.
