FFA Alumni Association to meet
Peabody-Burns FFA Alumni Association will meet at 7 p.m. Feb. 6 in the vocational agriculture classroom at Peabody-Burns High School.
Sonja Roberts, FFA adviser, will outline proposed activities for FFA Week, Feb. 17-22, and discuss how alumni can assist in the events. She also will provide a tour of the new greenhouse that is a part of the classroom curriculum.
The FFA Alumni Association's objective is to support and promote the agricultural education programs and activities, in addition to providing a tie between the programs and resources of the community that could assist the education of the vocational agriculture students.
Membership is open to those interested in supporting these programs. Annual dues are $16 or lifetime dues are $150. Checks should be made payable to Peabody-Burns FFA Alumni Association. They may be paid at the Peabody State Bank.
