Fetrows to celebrate 60th anniversary years ago

The 60th wedding anniversary of Harry M. and Betty A. (Wilson) Fetrow of Cedar Point will be celebrated from 2 to 4 p.m. June 15 with a reception at the Florence Senior Center.

The event will be hosted by their children and spouses.

The Fetrows were married June 10, 1943, in Quale Memorial Church, Kansas City, Kan.

Fetrow is a semi-retired rancher. His wife retired in May 1975 after 27 years as a classroom teacher.

The couple's five children include three daughters and two sons. They are Judy and husband Bob Muessig of Mooresville, Ind., Carol and husband Don Mason of Rose Hill, Denise Fetrow of Chicago, Ill., Bruce Fetrow of Cedar Point, and Robert Fetrow and wife Bonnie of Wichita. The Fetrows also have seven grandchildren.
