Engagement: Gina Avery, Andrew Jacobs
Mr. and Mrs. Shreves Avery announce the engagement of their daughter, Gina Noel, to Andrew Clayton Jacobs, son of Bill Jacobs and the late Susan B. Jacobs.
Gina graduated from Peabody-Burns High School in 1996, Butler County Community College in 1998, and Kansas State University in 2000. She is currently working on a masters degree in early childhood special education at Wichita State University. She is a kindergarten special education teacher at Clark Elementary in Wichita.
Andrew graduated from Peabody-Burns High School in 1996, Cloud County Community College in 1998, and Kansas State University in 2000. He is landscape foreman at Johnson's Garden Center in Wichita.
The wedding will be Sept. 28 at the First United Methodist Church in Valley Center.
