Eden Christian School group has dinner at Koehns

Tuesday dinner guests of Fenferd and Wanda Koehn, Lonnie, Dalen, and Carolee were the teachers and friends of Eden Christian School, Gwenda Koehn, Marcella Koehn, Grace Yoder, Grace's sister, Sandra of Belleville, Penn., and friend, Gloria, from Canada.

Dee Morgan went to Manhattan Wednesday and spent the day with Brenda Manns, Bosten and Laken.

Sunday guests of Roland and Kim Koehn, Deby, Doug, Kayla, and Diana, were Kim's parents of Halstead.

Eden Mennonite Church had a farewell get-together Sunday evening for Roy and Charlene Koehn and Ginger who are moving to Gentry, Ark. We wish them well.

Keith and Annie Koehn and daughters of Mountain Grove, Mo., were Sunday overnight guests of their brother, Stewart and family.

Sunday overnight guests of Vernon and Florine Koehn and Judy were Melvin and Esther Byler and boys of Mountain Grove, Mo. They returned home Monday afternoon.

First Mennonite Senior Fellowship was held at the home of Howard and Darlene Goering near Peabody. Attending were the Rev. Elmer and Tina Reimer of Newton; Ted and Lois Roth of Elbing; David and Welma Thiessen, Dave and Esther Stucky, Dan and Alice Stucky, all of Peabody; Gene Obee, Kathleen Brenzikofer, Mary Langenegger, and Joyce Kyle.

Marvin and Sherol Nightengale went to Manhattan Saturday to the home of Mitch and Cathy Foote and Kristin. They were joined by Jim and Linda Hess, Abby and Amelia of Kearney, Mo. The Nightengales returned home Sunday evening.

Al and Bonnie Plummer moved Shelby into the dorm at Butler County Community College Sunday. This is her first year attending college.

Renferd and Wanda Koehn, Lonnie, Dalen, and Carolee, and Nathan and Ella Koehn enjoyed Monday evening supper with Roland and Kim Koehn, Deby, Doug, Kayla, and Diana. They were celebrating Nathan's birthday which occurred earlier in the month.

Lawrence and Lois Sayers went to Winfield Sunday, picked up Lois' aunt, Treva Skinner, and went to Burden to visit another aunt, Ermal Bolack.

Mary Langenegger and Joyce Kyle met Archie and Maryellen Stenzel of Marion at the Burns Café for breakfast Wednesday morning. Archie's birthday was celebrated.

Kathleen Brenzikofer and Joyce Kyle attended the Senior Citizens of Marion County board meeting at Lehigh Friday.

Ike and Marie Clark stopped by Joyce Kyle's Saturday afternoon.

Vernon and Florine Koehn went to Moundridge Manor Sunday and visited his mother, Eva Koehn, who is 101 years old. They also called on Ethelyn Smith while there.

Ivan Schmidt of Goltry, Okla., brother of Obed and Ferd Schmidt and Edna Giesel, visited relatives over the weekend.

Ron and Karen Smith, Ryan, and Jennifer of Texline, Texas, daughter of Howard and Violet Koehn, visited this weekend.
