Early tournament loss ends Tomahawk season

The Lady Tomahawk varsity squad finished its basketball season last Saturday. Playing Burrton in the first round of the league tournament, the Lady Tomahawks were defeated 28-14. The season ended 1-11 overall.
A two-point basket by Traci Windsor was all the offense for the Lady Tomahawks in the first half. A good press troubled the Lady Chargers, but the PBJH squad couldn't generate any points.
The second half was better with 12 points on the board.
"The girls played with a lot of heart all season," stated Coach Spradley. "Our parents were great to us all season. We've had great support. Tonight was a good team effort."
