Dorman Becker
Dorman C. Becker, 89, of Durham, died Nov. 19, 2005, at Hillsboro.
Born Aug. 18, 1916, at Durham, he was the son of Emanuel and Lena (Frank) Becker.
On Sept. 7, 1946, he married Mary Helen Hayes at Wichita.
He was a banker and member of First Baptist Church, Durham.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Helen of Durham; son and daughter-in-law, Kent and Ginger Becker of Durham; two daughters and sons-in-law, Sherry and Dennis Conyers of McPherson and Tammi and Larry Meysing of Oklahoma City, Okla.; sister, Genevieve Belton of Hillsboro; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday morning at First Baptist Church, Durham, with Pastor Curtis Wiens officiating.
Burial will be in Durham Park Cemetery, rural Durham.
Memorial funds have been established with the church or Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice.
