Don Bloomers observe 50th wedding anniversary years ago
Don and Parlee Bloomer were guests of honor Aug. 13 at a celebration of their 50th wedding anniversary at Arletta's Catering in Burns.
The couple was married Sept. 11, 1955, at Newton.
Before the dinner, photos were taken in Arletta's garden by Kim Gaines of Madison.
Children of the couple are Marcia and Bruce Sebree of Oakley, Ill., Janet and Randy Rosine of Duncan, Okla., and Donna and Steve Glover of Peabody.
