The thirty-four members of the 1937 graduating class of the Peabody High School received their diplomas last Friday evening at the hand of Glenn Cunningham, who extended a few words of greeting to the class, along with the predication that the members would never again have four years of as pleasant a time as those just past.

Edna Mae Ewert who has been teaching school in Idaho Falls, Idaho, is visiting with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Bert Ewert.

The new pavement of U.S.-50S, which is now being laid between Peabody and Florence, will be twenty-two feet wide, which is two feet wider than that west of town and four feet wider than some pavement in the state. Eighteen feet being the width which it was built for years.
