FORTY-TWO YEARS AGO

Ann Carolyn Windsor, Peabody, was among perspective new Kansas State University students who were on the Manhattan campus last week for a two day pre-enrollment period.
Rex Jewell, Bill Skaer, Bradley Bartel, and Ted Johnson came home Friday from a week's stay at Camp Horizon, a Methodist boys' camp, near Arkansas City. Mr. and Mrs. Herman Bartel took the boys to camp on Monday and Mr. and Mrs. Wesley Skaer brought them home.
Mr. and Mrs. Lee Penner moved to Norton Monday. The Hattie Snyder house, which they vacated, will be occupied by the Fred Cullins family, who are expected to move in today.
