Peabody long distance telephone numbers got a new look this month when the telephone company mailed area code 316 stickers to customers with their regular bills. Area code 316 identifies the sector of the United States in which Peabody is located.
Richard McClure, Janet Jewell, and Beth Stockerbrand, students at Southwestern College in Winfield, spent the weekend with their parents.
