TWENTY YEARS AGO

Mrs. Marjorie Windsor has returned home after a three weeks eastern trip to visit relatives. On her way homeward, she visited her daughter Ann Windsor and family in Indiana.

Mrs. and Mrs. Tim Litton announce the birth of their first child, Amy Nicole, born Aug. 31 at Bethel Hospital in Newton.

Don Hague took top honors Sunday in the members' flag tournament at the Peabody Golf Course. In second place was Don Lehr, Jerry Watts was third and Fred Saenz fourth.

The Peabody High School yearbook staff was in Newton Wednesday to visit the Mennonite Free Press and observe the various processes in printing. Those making the trip were, Paula Martinez, Cyndi Thornton, David Solomon, Troy Arnold, Brenda Riggs, Linda Nightengale, Jill Sims, Sheila Philpott, Julie Helmer, Kevin Strotkamp, Dennis Stucky, Brice Foth, and adviser, Dorothy Rucker.
