Each year the ladies of the Fair Play Aid Society try to eclipse all former efforts when they hold their bazaar and this year proved no exception. Last Tuesday was a beautiful day but the condition of the roads caused attendance from town to be considerably less than anticipated. The bazaar was held in the church, the interior of which reminded one of the pictures in Ladies' Home Journal so beautifully was it adorned with chrysanthemum booths and the candy booth, a creation of festoons of peanuts, popcorn and candy. Beside the sale of articles in the booths, the ladies served supper in the evening and, as the attendance at the time was so large, the proceeds from both sources amounted to a little over one hundred dollars.
