Davidsons enjoy dinner at supper club

Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Davidson were guests of the Jeff Davidson family of Eureka last Monday evening at the Prairie Rose western supper club near Benton. The special program was "Riders in the Sky."

Mr. and Mrs. Steven Mauck of Lyons were Saturday visitors of Tim and Janette Parmley.

Visitors of Harold and Lois Huntley during the past week included the Mike Huntley and David Huntley families of Newton. Kris Hysom of Wichita spent last week with the Huntleys and Jack and Geri Huntley of Springfield, Mo., arrived Saturday to spend the week.

Weekend visitors of Gladys Lespagnard, Ernie Hurdle, and Harvey Wells were Gladys' daughter Rusty Ford, Rusty's daughter Sherri Brown, and great-granddaughter Shani Coppedge of Georgetown, Texas. Additional visitors on Saturday were Mr. and Mrs. Bill Williams and Terry Washburn of Wichita, Brandon Lespagnard of Manhattan, and Mr. and Mrs. George Lespagnard and Jennifer Breese of Haysville.

Mary Jane Grimmett attended the graveside services of Steven Shiplet Thursday afternoon in Marion.

Sunday visitors of Tim and Janette Parmley were James and Melissa Parmley, Cody and Corinn of Cedar Point, Travis Parmley, and Andi Shipman.

Lenora Graham had Sunday dinner with Mildred Graham in Cottonwood Falls.

Sunday evening visitors of Don and Twylah Nightengale were Richard and Dolores Mann of Cedar Point. The Nightengales and Harold and Chloe Triggs at Sunday dinner at Butch's Diner in Tampa.

Opal and Truman Strong visited in Eureka Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Ted Baker and their son, Bill Strong.

Mary Jane Grimmett was in Benton Friday and ate dinner with her sister, Linda Hepburn.

Don and Twylah Nightengale attended the wedding of Stephanie Koop and Nick Kraus Saturday evening at the Mennonite church in Hillsboro and the reception at the community building in Pilsen.

Estelle McCarty attended the Marion County Board of Elderly meeting Friday at Tampa.

Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Ludwig were Sunday supper guests of Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Barnes in Wichita.
