David Holm
David R. Holm, formerly of Peabody, died April 6, 2004, at his home in Ukiah, Calif.
Funeral services were held April 10 at the Ukiah Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Graveside services were April 16 at Grangeville Cemetery in Armona, Calif.
Born July 3, 1961, at San Luis Obispo, Calif., he attended Peabody schools in the 1970s.
Holm served in the Army and worked in construction from the time he was a young boy.
He resided in Ukiah for the past 10 years and was a member of Disabled American Veterans.
He is survived by his mother, Glenda Mason; two sons, Drew Holm and Christopher McGahey; daughter, Elizabeth Holm; and three brothers Lonnie Addison, Rowland Addison, and Charles Holm.
