By LaVonne Ammeter

LaVonne Ammeter and daughter Melody Magette of Greensburg went to Salina to visit Eric and Kristin Magette. They had supper with them at a restaurant.

LaVonne and Melody went to El Dorado Tuesday. They ate lunch at the Burns Café and Melody left for Greensburg in the late afternoon.

Josh Clark visited at the Ammeter home Tuesday evening.

Ladies Aid met at LaVonne's Wednesday afternoon. Others attending were Leona Widler, Dorene Kirkpatrick, and Sherry Nightengale. Maude Gaines was unable to attend.

Bayleigh Clark spent Thursday afternoon with LaVonne.

Dorene Kirkpatrick and LaVonne worked in El Dorado Friday.

Stan Ammeter was a Friday supper guest of LaVonne's. He mowed all evening.

The rain came Saturday. I mean it poured! Don Gillet visited at LaVonne's Saturday afternoon.

Maude Gaines attended church at Whitewater Center Sunday morning. She visited LaVonne later in the day.

Tom and Lisa Clark entertained at their home Sunday evening with a cookout. They celebrated Father's Day and birthdays. Those attending were Norma and Virgil Clark, Josh Clark, LaVonne Ammeter, Gail and Phil Topham of Newton, and Alisa and Brian McDowell, Alexis and Rylie of Peabody. It was a lovely evening with good food and visiting.

(Last week's Peabody Gazette-Bulletin mistakenly referred to Melody Magette as LaVonne's granddaughter. She is LaVonne's daughter. Sorry for the error.)
