Cross country team competes
The PBHS Cross Country team got back to business Thursday with a trip to Harvey County East Lake. Seven junior varsity boys competed, along with three junior varsity girls. The boys' team had varsity runners in four individual competitions. The team will run next at Chapman.
Samantha Pickens finished 29th with Jessica Rosine close behind at 30th. Erica Frederick came in at 36th.
Josh Klarmann finished 14th with Kendall Wiebe, 15th; Seth Methvin, 26th; Curtis Frederick, 29th; Thomas Kreztschmar, 32nd; Ethan Riggs, 49th; and Carsten Scheben, 53rd.
Ryan Wiebe ran the 5th man race and finished 5th. Aaron Topham ran the 4th man race and finished 5th. Duane Unruh finished 4th in the 3rd man race. Seth Alstrom came in 7th in the 2nd man race. Jacob Wolf finished 7th in the 1st man race.
