The following information has been filed in the Criminal Division of Marion County District Court:

Jeffrey Madsen, battery against a law enforcement officer, disorderly conduct; defendant held on probable cause, court appoints Dan Baldwin as attorney, bond set at $10,000; matter was set for Dec. 12, state requested continuation to 3 p.m. Jan. 9, 2007.

William J. Anderes, giving a worthless check; first appearance at 10:30 a.m. Jan. 9, 2007.

John E. Bram, defendant waives right to preliminary hearing and is bound over on one count of possession of an hallucinogenic drug with the intent to sell and one count of possession of opiates, heroin; arraignment/plea hearing at 9:45 a.m. Jan. 9, 2007.

Benita Campa, arraignment rescheduled to 9:45 a.m. Jan. 10, 2007.

Richard Elston Jr., defendant appears from warrant, court appoints David Harger as attorney, original bond of $10,000 reinstated, matter set for preliminary hearing at 9:30 a.m. Jan. 3, 2007.

Terry Scheuerman, battery, obstructing legal process or official duty; matters dismissed without prejudice, costs assessed to the state

Harlan J. Smith, possession of depressants, stimulants, hallucinogenics, steroids; diversion agreement with order of continuance and dismissal after 12 months.

Marc A. Johnson, possession of opiates, opium, or narcotic drugs, no drug tax, driving while license suspended, transporting an open container; arraignment hearing held, state dismisses count one with prejudice, court accepts waiver and finds defendant guilty of one count of possession of methamphetamine without taxation stamp, one count of driving while suspended and one count of transport of an open container.

Jennifer Herzet, two counts of forgery, criminal use of a financial card; defendant placed on immediate supervised probation for 12 months with community corrections.

Jennifer Herzet, theft of less than $1,000; defendant placed on immediate supervised probation for 12 months with community corrections.

Selina Wills, five counts of giving a worthless check for less than $500; all charges dismissed.

Devin D. Schroeder, arraignment rescheduled to 9:45 a.m. Jan. 9, 2007.

Edwin Robinson Jr., battery; defendant pleaded guilty, suspended imposition of sentence for six months, ordered to pay $100, $45 booking fee and court costs of $128, and to have no contact with victims.

Kevin Robinson, disorderly conduct; defendant pleaded guilty, suspended imposition of sentence of six months, ordered to pay a fine of $100, $45 booking fee and court costs of $128, and have no contact with victims.

Gregory J. Keller, bench trial held, sentencing at 11 a.m. Feb. 14, 2007.

Chad Phillip Ingels, formal arraignment held, defendant stipulates to allegations in motion, defendant found to be in violation of terms and condition of probation; probation is revoked; probation reinstated for six months with community corrections, defendant to pay any additional court-appointed attorney's fees as determined.

Travis R. Grosse, DUI, possession of depressants, stimulants, hallucinogenics, steroids, no vehicle liability insurance, violation of restrictions on driver's license, unlawful acts with vehicle; defendant pleaded guilty to counts one and five, state moves to dismiss counts two, three, and four with prejudice, defendant to complete drug/alcohol evaluation prior to sentencing.
