The following information has been filed in the Criminal Division of Marion County District Court:

Richard J. Chaput, two counts of giving a worthless check less than $500; first appearance at 10:30 a.m. Jan. 9, 2007.

Richard Todd Litton, aggravated burglary, battery, theft by deception of less than $500; bond appearance at 9:30 a.m. Jan. 3, 2007.

Kevin Searl, sexual battery; first appearance at 10:30 a.m. Dec. 18.

Tierney Fredrickson, arraignment at 11 a.m. Jan. 22, 2007.

Karen Smith, giving a worthless check less than $500; hearing held, case dismissed with prejudice, defendant has paid costs and restitution.

William C. Mayes, giving a worthless check less than $500; first appearance held, case dismissed with prejudice, defendant has paid costs and restitution.

Daniel L. Bowes, court revokes probation, probation reinstated with supervised probation with community corrections for 18 months; subject to all original terms and conditions, set up payment plan and have all fees paid within term of probation, ordered to pay any additional court appointed attorney fees as determined, probation may be transferred to county of defendant's residence.

Christopher L. Ramsey, possession of depressants, stimulants, hallucinogenics, or steroids, possession of simulated controlled substances or drug paraphernalia, criminal possession of firearm; diversion agreement with order of continuance and dismissal in 12 months.

Clifton Richmond, state moves to withdraw motion to revoke probation and terminate matter.

Julie A. Anderson, five counts of giving a worthless check less than $500; journal entry of conviction and sentencing include a plea of guilty to count one, all remaining counts dismissed with prejudice, 20-day controlling sentence, 12 months unsupervised probation, $128 costs, $45 booking fee, and $568.30 restitution, attorney's fees waived, defendant to make monthly payments.

Brian Lewis, domestic battery; defendant will enter into a diversion agreement with order of continuance and dismissal in six months.

Rick Chaput, two counts of giving a worthless check less than $500; court orders matter to be dismissed without prejudice and court costs be assessed to the state.
