Stacey Alan Deines, eight counts of forgery; counts one and two were amended to theft, class A misdemeanor, all other charges dismissed; defendant to pay restitution of $800, shall not have contact with victim, and agreed to serve 12-month sentence to run concurrently with sentencing in Morris, Dickinson, and Sedgwick county cases without probation.

Dustin L. Shiplet #85141, county attorney ordered non pro tunc correcting a journal entry of judgment of Jan. 10, 2006; the journal entry should have stated that the defendant be given credit for 337 days, which include 157 days plus six months credit for Labette Conservational Camp, sentencing beginning date should have been Feb. 7, 2005.
