The following information has been filed in the Criminal Division of Marion County District Court:
Nancy Fruechting, giving a worthless check less than $500; first appearance at 10:30 a.m. Nov. 20.
Dennis W. Hancock, two counts of theft by deception less than $500, three counts of depravation of property; arraignment at 9:45 a.m. Nov. 27.
Michael T. Loomis, domestic battery; arraignment at 9:45 a.m. Nov. 27.
Kaylynn Rudolph, plea hearing held, court finds defendant guilty of one count of misdemeanor theft, sentenced to a controlling sentence of 90 days in the custody of Marion County Sheriff, placed on supervised probation with CSO for 12 months, pay court costs of $128, probation fee of $25 and court appointed attorney fee as determined by the court; pay restitution of $250 to victim, set up payment plan and have all fees paid in full within probation term; probation to be transferred to Harvey County.
Edwin J. Robinson Jr., arraignment rescheduled to 9:45 a.m. Nov. 27.
Gregory J. Keller, bench trial at 3:30 p.m. Dec. 12.
