Julie Starks, charged with possession of hallucinogenics and possession of drug paraphernalia; journal entry of judgment, defendant appears with attorney, six months controlling sentence with Marion County Sheriff's Office, immediate 12 months supervised probation with court service officer, pay costs and fees of $542, serve 48 hours in jail for every positive drug/alcohol test, refusal, or admission, not enter establishment where primary income is from alcohol, obtain drug/alcohol evaluation and follow recommendation, complete 25 hours community service work.

Clifton Richmond, charged with possession of narcotic/drugs, possession of hallucinogenics, and delivery/manufacture of drug paraphernalia; journal entry of judgment, 11 months with secretary of correction, 18 months supervised probation with community corrections, serve five days in Marion Jail as condition of probation, complete 50 hours community service work, refrain from alcohol/drugs, submit to bb/u testing, obtain and follow recommendation of drug/alcohol evaluation, gain/maintain employment, serve 48 hours for failure to pass urine analysis, complete mandatory drug treatment, pay costs and fees of $1,002.

Jason D. Basil S. McNelly, charged with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful use of driver's license, driving under influence of alcohol, and following another vehicle too closely; journal entry of sentencing, 90 days controlling sentence with MNSO for count three, one year count four, consecutive, serve five consecutive days custody MNSO, to be completed in six months, if defendant loses job, serve five days immediately, 18 months supervised probation with CSO, pay costs and fees of $2,273, serve 48 hours in jail for every positive drug/alcohol test, refusal, or admission, no to enter establishment where prime income from alcohol, enter and successfully complete treatment, complete counseling per evaluation, complete 25 hours community service work, submit to bb/u testing.

Jason Rooker, charged with possession of hallucinogenics and driving under influence of alcohol or drugs; journal entry of judgment, 11 months sentence with SOC for count one, 18 months supervised probation with ISO and six months sentence with MNSO, count two, immediate 12 months concurrent probation, serve 48 hours in Marion jail as condition of probation, submit to bb/u testing, obtain and follow drug/alcohol evaluation, gain/maintain employment, serve 48 hours for failure of urine analysis, complete mandatory drug treatment, pay costs and fees of $1,152.
