Eugene Regalado, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and court proceeded to sentencing, defendant sentenced to a controlling sentence of 10 days in custody of Marion County Sheriff, placed on immediate unsupervised probation for six months, probation is subject to all standard terms and special conditions that include serving 48 hours in county jail for every positive drug/alcohol test, refusal to submit, or admission of usage; pay court costs of $128, fine of $500, the court suspends imposition of fine if defendant receives anger management evaluation and follows recommendations, and other stipulations.
