The following information has been filed in the Criminal Division of Marion County District Court:

David Anthony Shaw, possession of depressant, stimulants, hallucinogenics, steroids, possession of a controlled substance or drug paraphernalia, purchase/consumption of alcohol by a minor; defendant is indigent, court appoints attorney Dan Baldwin, defendant is to pay $50 by March 15 and each month after until further order of the court, bond to continue; arraignment was continued to 2 p.m. April 25.

Eric D. Henderson, violation of protective order issued from abuse; bond appearance at 10:30 a.m. March 19,

Randy Herbel, rape of a child under the age of 14, motion hearing at 1:15 p.m. May 15.

Michael Wheeler, possession of opiates, opium, or narcotic drugs, possession of simulated controlled substances or drug paraphernalia; first appearance held, preliminary at 9:30 a.m. April 4.

Chelsea D. Schafers, preliminary hearing at 9:30 a.m. March 21.

Madonna I. Schafers, criminal damage to property less than $500; court ordered matter dismissed without prejudice.

David Eugene Brown, sentencing at 1 p.m. April 25.

Rachel Coon, giving a worthless check less than $500; matter dismissed without prejudice.

Casey R. Nickelson, arraignment held, defendant pleaded not guilty; status hearing at 11 a.m. April 23.

Dustin A. Stevens, failure to appear; bond appearance held, arraignment at 1 p.m. April 25.

Stacey Alan Deines, two counts of theft of services less than $1,000; court ordered matter dismissed without prejudice and costs assessed to the state.

Joshua Ames Cody, arraignment at 2 p.m. April 25.

Joshua Cody, sale, offer depressants, hallucinogenics, stimulants, anabolic steroids, violation date of Feb. 4, 2005; motion to revoke probation arraignment at 2 p.m. April 25.

Bryan T. Grosse, dismissed motion to revoke probation.

James W. Steele, motion to terminate diversion agreement at 11 a.m. April 11.

Travis Myers, plea hearing at 10:30 a.m. April 25.

Jeremiah L. Strotkamp, failure to appear; bond appearance at 10:30 a.m. March 26.

Jeffrey Madsen, disorderly conduct; defendant pleaded guilty, sentenced to a 30-day controlling sentence in the custody of Marion County Sheriff, to be consecutive with another charge, defendant placed on immediate supervised probation with community corrections for 12 months to be concurrent with another charge, defendant ordered to pay court costs of $128, booking fee of $45, and other fees.

Billie J. Fleming, motion hearing at 9 a.m. March 22, jury trial at 8:30 a.m. April 30.

Brandi L. Lemanton, two counts of theft by deception of less than $500; defendant pleaded no contest to count two, state moves to dismiss count one, defendant sentenced to six months in jail, suspended; defendant placed on immediate supervised probation with CSO for 12 months upon release from drug and alcohol treatment, defendant is to contact CSO within 48 hours of release from treatment, defendant to pay restitution of $250 to Richard Alcorn, Peabody Farm Service, $716.32 to Peabody State Bank, court costs of $128, probation fee of $25, booking fee of $45, attorney's fees as determined by the court, and $657.97 for costs of summoning jury and mileage to jurors. All fees are to be paid in full within term of probation and other stipulations.

Devin D. Schroeder, deferred adjudication for maximum speed limits, purchase or consumption of liquor by a minor, diversion agreement with order of continuance and dismissal (six months).

Gregory J. Keller, motion for new trial denied.

Joshua Caldwell, defendant waived probation violation hearing and stipulations, court revoked probation, defendant to serve 30 consecutive days in Marion County Jail to be concurrent with other conviction.

Brian Lewis, motion hearing to terminate diversion agreement was held; defendant is ordered to appear at 2 p.m. April 25, bench trial at 2 p.m. April 25.
